Beth has enjoyed an extensive career in Global TA and Talent Management and transformation, partnering directly with business leaders. She has led change in organisations such as Cisco Systems, BAE Systems, Standard Chartered and Accenture. Truly global, she has worked across Europe, Asia, LATAM, US and Australia.
Having lived in the UK, Australia and Singapore, she has recently relocated her extended family of 7 plus a dog to Barcelona.
Beth is now a Partner of QWA leading the International practice, working with Senior leaders in Enterprise clients, leveraging her expertise to help organisations successfully build a workforce strategy that delivers workforce agility needed to meet the needs of their business now and in the future.
