Rina is the Co-Founder and CEO at Pera. This tech start up develops the Pera Skope to support companies to confidently invest in the right people. Taking the latest developments in social sciences and natural language processing, the Pera Skope predicts future performance in jobs.

In 2019 Rina was named one of the 50 most inspiring, trailblazing women transforming tech in the Netherlands. She serves in the Taskforce for A.I. in the Netherlands, counsels think tanks on A.I. policies and serves as a mentor for start-ups. She is represented by the NextSpeaker to speak on topics such as innovation, A.I. and people science.

Joris Schoonis

Joris is the Managing Director of Google Cloud – BeNeLux. He is responsible for helping customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg complete the transformation of their business in the cloud. He builds a data-driven culture to ensure customers have the data they need to leverage generative AI to make core processes more efficient, increase productivity and better serve their customers.

Joris brings together all of Google Cloud’s Go to Market teams in the BeNeLux, including sales, customer engineering, customer success, consulting and the partner ecosystem.

Joris has a broad experience in leadership in the technology industry. Joris brings a growth mindset and over twenty years of experience leading sales, go-to-market operations and developing new markets to drive customer success and deliver exceptional value and growth.

Before joining Google Cloud, he was Vice President EMEA at MessageBird. For a decade Joris has been an integral part of Salesforce becoming the number one CRM player, during which he was overseeing pan-european leadership roles. He also held various leadership roles ast Oracle. His experience spans across Europe, Middle East and Africa and customer-facing teams serving customers across industries and sizes. Joris is a strong advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Joris holds a Msc of Economics & Information Technology from Tilburg University. He holds the Dutch nationality and lives in Amsterdam.

Joris’s appointment follows a number of recent new hires and echoes the company’s plans to bolster its EMEA sales teams to target enterprise customers across a number of key verticals.

Laurens Waling is a forward-thinking Talent Intelligence expert dedicated to transforming the landscape of work. As the Chief Evangelist at 8vance, he leads the development of an advanced AI-driven Talent Mobility Platform, tailored to seamlessly match individuals with job opportunities based on their unique skills, personality traits, and aspirations. Recognized for his proficiency in harnessing AI to streamline workplace dynamics, Laurens provides strategic insights to a diverse range of organizations including large corporations, healthcare providers, educational entities, and governmental agencies, helping them navigate innovation and complex HR challenges. Prior to his tenure at 8vance, Laurens founded Part-up, a collaborative platform that connected freelancers with projects, tasks, and roles, which he successfully exited in 2021. He holds a Master of Science degree in Technology, Policy, and Management from Delft University of Technology and has a background in advising on self-organizing teams and decentralized organizational structures.

Maarten Hansson

Maarten is Global Head of integrated workforce management at Novartis since 2021, designing and implementing an Integrated (total) workforce strategy. He used to be responsible for Workforce Strategy at Philips. He brings the worlds of HR and Procurement together by integrating workforce processes.
