Ben Zweig

Ben Zweig is the CEO of Revelio Labs, a workforce intelligence company. He also teaches courses on The Future of Work at NYU. Prior to starting Revelio Labs, Ben led Workforce Analytics at IBM. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and has done research in Occupational Transformation and Social Mobility.

Ton Sluiter

Ton Sluiter joined HeadFirst Group as Data Manager in early 2023. In this role, he leads the data team responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large volumes of internal and external data, with the aim of making organizations truly data-driven.

Before taking on his current role, he worked as Marketing and Communications Manager at Start People and USG People, and later as Manager Data & Innovation at Intelligence Group and Textkernel. There, he developed into a specialist in data analysis and market intelligence. In addition to his core focus on data, he actively addresses topics such as neurodiversity and soft skills in the recruitment process.
