With the FD Gazellen , Het Financieele Dagblad annually publishes a ranking of the fastest growing companies in the Netherlands. Although the final results will not be available until November 23 , it has already become known that sourcing company Cooble is one of the 1003 lucky ones. It will probably not be the only company active in recruitment that will appear on the list, but Cooble is in any case one of the first to appear as Gazelle (alongside, for example, Royal Talent from Hoofddorp and Bendy , a software developer for employment agencies). .

The FD Gazellen Awards are based on net turnover figures. If these are not available, the operating income as defined in the annual accounts is used. The turnover must be calculated in the same way for the entire period in order to achieve a fair comparison. It is further required that in the base year the turnover relates to a full financial year of 12 months. The criteria mention a turnover growth of at least 20%.
Four regions
The FD Gazelles are divided into 4 regions and then into 3 categories per region. In each of the 12 categories there are 3 additional prizes for the top 3: the bronze, silver and gold FD Gazellen Award. These are won by companies that score best with the combination of highest turnover growth, relatively largest increase in staff (measured in FTEs) and highest (net) profit margin. The companies are first ranked on each of the three indicators, then the total score determines the ranking of the FD Gazellen list. In the event of a tie between 2 or more companies, turnover growth is the deciding factor.
