My career journey has provided me with a rich blend of experiences, from running a small company, managing operations to leading people and recruitment strategies across multiple markets.
My professional background includes running my own business for several years after which I started at Picnic: I worked several years as an Operations Manager, where I developed a keen understanding of the operational dynamics that drive growth. I then transitioned to an HR Lead role for the Netherlands, where I successfully implemented HR initiatives that enhanced employee engagement and aligned with business objectives. Currently, I’m in charge of Recruitment (scope: >100ppl) for Germany, France, and the Netherlands, focusing on creating and executing recruitment strategies that attract top talent and support our ambitious expansion goals.
