Dirk leads product development at Mysolution, where he designs solutions to streamline data analysis, recruitment and backoffice. After studying Aerospace Engineering degree at Delft University of Technology, Dirk brought his analytical rigor to OnRecruit, determined to optimize the online candidate journey from click to hire by combining data from website, ATS and backoffice. After Mysolution acquired OnRecruit, Dirk headed the development of the Mysolution platform that connects websites, ATS, and backoffice, thereby streamlining and increasing velocity in the candidate journey from initial (online) engagement to payslip.
His approach combines a technical foundation with a focus on practical, business-oriented solutions, emphasizing efficiency and connectivity across systems. Dirk believes in the power of aligning people, technology, and business goals to create more effective recruitment processes.
