Running a business isn’t about making money anymore (if you would ask me as being a very typical millennial 😉). It’s about changing a status quo. It’s about doing business for the greater good. It’s about using this amazing era of tech developments to solve the most pressing problems the current world is facing. I truly believe tech is able to make this planet a better place and this is also what I try to achieve every day with my own business.
Together with my twin sister Charlotte I founded Equalture, a fast-growing HR tech scaleup based in The Netherlands. Equalture’s hiring software enables companies to collect unbiased insights on the skills and behaviors of both their team and candidates to hire the best-fits without bias, by using neuroscientific games. Success isn’t about where you come from, what your surname is, what your skin color is or who you love. It’s about willingness, skills, potential and the right mindset.
Having the experience of running two different HR-focused companies, I’m on a mission to disrupt the HR tech market by removing gut feeling and introducing data in every single form of people decision making. Every human being deserves the same chance, a fair chance. Leveling the playing field, for all (yes, all!) candidates.
