After graduating from university Lukas started his career at The Boston Consulting Group where he mainly worked on consumer focused & health-care projects across the globe.
An opportunity at a (back then small) Startup called ‘Zalando’ made him quit his Consulting job and start as MD at Zalando being responsible for the entire German market. In this position Lukas developed a deep interest in consumer and customer problems that could be solved by the application of data, technology and superior product strategies. Lukas implanted this paradigm also into the DNA of Joblift which he co-founded in 2016. The Joblift team’s vision is to Create the Digital Career Advisor for Everyone and to Deliver Companies Smart Candidate Attraction.
To succeed on this mission Joblift has raised more than $30m from international highly reputed VC firms and more than 70 Joblifters are intensely working on this quest.
