Matt Charney is the global head of product and industry marketing at SmartRecruiters, where he outbound marketing initiatives, and is responsible for helping deliver product marketing and category creation activities designed to help customers all around the world achieve Hiring Success. Prior to joining SmartRecruiters, Matt served as Chief Content Officer for Allegis Global Solutions and as the Executive Editor for Recruiting Daily, where he oversaw editorial strategy, content marketing and thought leadership across each respective business. Matt began his career in corporate recruiting for companies like The Walt Disney Company and Warner Bros. Matt has been recognized as one of the top influencers in HR by outlets like the Huffington Post, LinkedIn, HR Executive, the Society of Human Resources Management and Forbes.
