About Greg Simidian
As CEO, Greg built up and ran Perfect Information Ltd (PI) over a 21-year period within the Centaur Media PLC group (Centaur) and Acuris, the Financial Data and News group. PI is a highly respected capital markets and M&A data provider, serving the global investment banking and corporate legal community. As PI grew, Greg oversaw the establishment of a data services team in India, responsible for generating and maintaining PI’s core content. Greg led the business to a successful sale in 2014 by Centaur to Merger Market Group for 26 times EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation). Prior to his time at PI, he held various high level global sales roles including EMEA Head of Sales and Customer Service Teams at Dow Jones and Sales Manager at Lexis Nexis Reed Elsevier.
