Wie is Maarten Renkema?
Currently working as an Assistant Professor in HRM at the University of Twente. My research is focused on the intersection between (1) HRM, (2) Technology (AI) and 3 Employee-Driven Innovation. See: https://people.utwente.nl/m.renkema
First, I study the concept employee-driven innovation, which is a form of bottom-up innovation developed by work-floor employees. In this research I focus on the multilevel relationship between HRM practices and innovation outcomes at different levels of analysis. In addition, my research aims to advance multilevel thinking in the HRM literature.
Second, I study how novel technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) affect both HRM and innovation processes.
