Wie is Martijn Tomassen?
I have been working in the dynamic world of recruitment for more than 10 years. I can say that I am passionate about people and the wonderful world of (digital) recruitment. I have worked within recruitment at corporates, staffing/recruitment agencies and digital platforms.
As director pfp Europe I am responsible for leading the transition to pay-for-performance within Monster Europe. I believe we will be successful by listening and understanding our clients and candidates and serving them with the ambition to add value to their key metric; the right fit. This is what performance based is all about.
I believe in solid growth based on connection, partnership and mutual understanding and therefore personal (digital) contact.
